TGEG WARRANTY
TGEG Inc. warrants its products from date of invoice and to the original owner to be free from defects for terms specified below. If you receive a product from TGEG with any issue in this warranty period we promise to swiftly investigate and solve the problem. Proof of delivery will be required for all claims and product abuse is not covered.
TGEG Series 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, and 14 product have carry a limited 10 years warranty which covers pneumatic cylinders, thermoplastics, urethanes, and mechanisms. Arm Pads, Upholstery and Foam will be warranted for 3 years
TGEG Series Series 8, 9, and 12 products carry a limited 3 years warranty which covers pneumatic cylinders, thermoplastics, urethanes, and mechanism. Arm Pads, Upholstery and Foam will be warranted for 1 year.
TGEG warranty applies to all chair models and extends to original purchasers who acquire new product directly from a TGEG authorized dealer only.
During the warranty period, TGEG, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace (at its option) any product, part or component covered by this warranty that fails under normal use due to defective materials or workmanship. TGEG will repair or replace the defective product, part or component with comparable product, part or component.
To be eligible for this warranty coverage, all products, parts or components must be installed, used and maintained in accordance with TGEG’s published instructions and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse. Warranty is limited to a 40 hour work week.
