Terms and Conditions

 

Order placement

  1. The seller sells its products under the terms set forth in these standard terms of sale. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after the buyer receives notice of order acknowledgement by registered email. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order.
  2. All information on the order sheet is required to process an order. TGEG Inc. is not responsible for dealer errors, omissions, order duplication, etc.
  3. Any change to the original purchase, including order cancellations, must be received in writing no later than 48 hours after receipt of the original order. The cost of rescheduling will be borne by the buyer for any change to the original order after 48 hours. No cancellations are allowed on Quick Ship orders.

TGEG WARRANTY

TGEG Inc. warrants its products, from the date of invoice and to the original owner, to be free from defects for the terms specified below. If you receive a product from TGEG with any issue during this warranty period, we will promptly investigate and resolve the problem. Proof of delivery will be required for all claims and product abuse is not covered.

TGEG Series 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, and 14 products carry a limited 10-year warranty that covers pneumatic cylinders, thermoplastics, urethanes, and mechanisms. Arm pads, upholstery, and foam are warranted for 3 years

TGEG Series 8, 9, and 12 products carry a limited 3-year warranty that covers pneumatic cylinders, thermoplastics, urethanes, and mechanisms. Arm pads, upholstery, and foam are warranted for 1 year.

Applicable Provisions to All Products and Services

TGEG warranty applies to all chair models and extends to original purchasers who acquire new products directly from a TGEG authorized dealer only.

During the warranty period, TGEG, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace (at its option) any product, part or component covered by this warranty that fails under normal use due to defective materials or workmanship. TGEG will repair or replace the defective product, part or component with comparable product, part or component.

To be eligible for this warranty coverage, all products, parts or components must be installed, used and maintained in accordance with TGEG’s published instructions and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse.  Warranty is limited to a 40-hour work week.

TGEG does not warrant the following:

  • Abuse or issues caused by unusual wear and tear.
  • Natural variations, scars, marks or wrinkles occurring in leather.
  • Color fastness of textiles.
  • Exact color matching of textiles to samples, swatches, or past purchases
  • COM or COL fabrics.
  • Products exposed to extreme environmental conditions or improper storage conditions.
  • Chairs used by individuals who weigh in excess of 325 lbs.
  • Damage that occurred during product transit.
  • Claims on chair usage exceeding a 40-hour work week.
